Meg Doster is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (IL license number: 166.001795). She earned her Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and graduated from Belmont University with her Bachelor of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship.
Meg leans into warmth, honesty, and humor to promote collaboration and empowerment in the therapy space. Her client-centered approach draws on narrative and psychodynamic therapies, attachment theory, parts work, and trauma-informed interventions. The hope is to help clients explore and discover different parts of themselves. Through the integration of compassion and non-judgment, Meg helps clients build insight and open-mindedness, and enhance their self-concept.
Meg works with a variety of clients and issues. Her interests include working individuals and couples to address anxiety and depression, family and relationship issues, conflict and communication, relational and religious trauma, grief and bereavement, and self-worth issues. Meg is Level 1 Certified in Gottman Method and is a certified SYMBIS premarital facilitator.
Outside of therapy, Meg enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching TV and comfort movies, and cooking something yummy for dinner.
