We’re expanding our team and are excited to welcome a new Licensed Counselor into our collaborative group practice. This is a full-time W-2 hourly position with flexibility, autonomy, and comprehensive benefits.

Competitive Compensation
Licensed Counselors earn between $55,000 and $90,000 annually depending on caseload and experience, with strong insurance reimbursement rates that reflect your value and expertise.Robust Clinical Support

Who You Are
You’re a grounded, curious, and heart-led clinician with at least 2 years of experience in the field. You love the process of healing and are committed to helping clients reconnect with their own wisdom and resilience. You value collaboration and are ready to grow within a community that uplifts and challenges you.
You’re licensed (or license-eligible) in Illinois as an LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or ALMFT.
You’re passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ and gender expansive communities, and you approach trauma through a multi-systemic, culturally responsive lens.
We’re Especially Excited to Meet Candidates Who…
Have experience in community mental health or trauma-focused work
Work confidently with individuals, romantic relationships, and/or other relationship dynamics
Are EMDR-trained or willing to complete training within 3 months
Speak Spanish fluently
Your Role at a Glance
Maintain a caseload of 22 to 25 clients per week
Provide high-quality therapy for individuals and romantic relationships (and optionally, groups)
Participate in consultation, peer support, and ongoing learning
Commit to at least 2 years of employment
Be available for 2 to 3 evenings per week and 1 weekend day, if needed
Be (or become) credentialed with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, and Cigna
