THEY/THEM
Jade Riedel, MSW, is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Illinois (License No. 150.118036). They earned their Master’s in Social Work and Women’s and Gender Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
Jade brings clinical experience supporting clients across a wide range of neurotypes and cognitive abilities, including depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, OCD, and intellectual disabilities. With an understanding that intersectional identities shape how each person experiences challenges, Jade helps clients embrace their uniqueness while moving toward healing and growth.
As a queer and neurodiverse-affirming therapist, Jade tailors the therapeutic space to each client’s individual goals and needs. They view therapy as a safe and collaborative space to process emotions, build resilience, and practice self-advocacy—skills that empower clients well beyond the therapy room. Jade draws from a variety of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices, to meet clients where they are.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys playing Nintendo Switch, painting, and spending time with their three beloved cats.
